Curious!

So these curious beings have been practising work with ciphers, because that is how spies communicate crucial information to each other...I wonder if anyone can decipher this message from Madam Singalotski

Use your cipher card spy recruits...and add a comment with what you think it says (the font is called 2Peas Garden Girl Dingbats in case you want to find it online).  Madam Singalotski has told me she will check it.
